Gamzo & Co. is not an authorized dealer. We operate in the secondary market, which allows us to offer hard-to-find, discontinued, and highly sought-after models. It also means our customers skip the waitlist, and get watches delivered right to their doors! All watches are guaranteed authentic and come with original box and papers when specified.

Order fulfillment time varies depending on the product, but once payment is confirmed, orders typically ship within 2–7 business days. Please check product listings for more precise order fulfillment times. All watches are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight.

Is your shipping insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured at no cost to the customer. Delivery requires an adult signature with ID, and shipments can be scheduled for delivery at your convenience.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and conduct business domestically.

Do your watches come with original box and papers?
Most watches include the original box and warranty papers, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If a watch does not include these items, it will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

We sell both new/unworn and pre-owned luxury watches. Condition is always clearly stated in the listing so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Where do you source your luxury watches from?
Our watches are sourced from a trusted global network of authorized retailers, collectors, dealers, and private clients. Every piece undergoes strict verification before entering our inventory.
Warranty
Are your new watches covered by warranty?
Yes. New watches typically include the manufacturer’s international warranty, valid from the date on the original warranty card. All of our watches are also covered by our Gamzo & Co. one-year limited warranty. Please see the Gamzo & Co. limited warranty page for additional information.
What does your warranty cover, and how long does it last?
New watches: Covered by the brand’s factory warranty from the date on the warranty card (varies per brand, but usually 5 years for Rolex), in addition to our own two-year warranty.
Pre-owned watches: May include remaining factory warranty. Also includes a Gamzo & Co. two-year limited warranty. Please see the Gamzo & Co. limited warranty page for additional information.

Do you buy watches directly from customers?
Yes. We actively buy luxury watches from private collectors and individuals.
How do you evaluate and price a watch I want to sell or trade in?
Pricing is based on:
Brand, model, and reference;
Condition and completeness (box & papers); and
Current market demand and pricing trends

Can I trade in my current watch towards a purchase?
Yes. Trade-ins are welcome and can be applied toward watches from brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, or Patek Philippe, subject to availability and evaluation. Please contact us for a trade evaluation.
How long does the appraisal process take?
Most appraisals are completed within 24–48 hours once we receive all required details or the physical watch.
Exchanges and Returns
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Exceptions may be made at our discretion if a watch is materially misrepresented.
Are there any restocking fees on returns or exchanges?
If a return or exchange is approved, a restocking fee may apply depending on the circumstances and condition of the watch.
Who covers the shipping for returns?
Approved returns must be shipped fully insured with a Gamzo & Co. prepaid label. Shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

- We only sell conflict-free diamonds. We follow strict guidelines and standards set by the Kimberly Process. The Kimberly Process standards were created over a decade ago to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the market.
Diamond Appraisals:
- Every order at Gamzo & Co. comes with a third party diamond appraisal certificate from the Diamond Institute of America.
- An appraisal includes all the details of your diamond and ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will give you an equal replacement of your item.
- We recommend our customers contact insurance agencies to insure their diamond jewelry in case of loss or theft.
30 Day Return Policy:
- We appreciate your business and are committed to you even after delivery of our product.
