Once you request a refund, we will send you a fully insurance, free shipping label via email. You can then ship the item back to us and once we receive and accept the product, we will issue a refund.
Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. All engraved, financed, or layaway orders are non-refundable and may only be subject to store credit or exchange. All eternity rings, bands, and customized rings are non-refundable since they are custom made according to the ring size and design requested. However, it can be returned for exchange (fees may apply) or upgrade.
