Warranty

Gamzo & Co. One-Year Limited Timepiece Service Warranty 

Gamzo & Co. warranties all watches for one year from the date of the Gamzo & Co. invoice unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice.  Under the Warranty, Gamzo & Co. will service any watch that does not keep proper time within the manufacturer’s guidelines at no charge to the customer.  Gamzo & Co. will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period.

What is not covered under the Warranty:

• external wear and tear;

• external damage, including wearer abuse or misuse, such as (but not limited to) knocks, dents, crushing, and scratching; cracked, scratched or broken crystals; or other external damage,

• water damage;

• watches operated beyond the scope of the manufacturer’s use guidelines;

• wholesale orders; or

• international orders.

Further, alterations, repairs, modifications, custom work, or any attempt thereof render the Warranty null and void.

Finally, the Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original Gamzo & Co. buyer.

Please contact us to obtain authorization and instructions before sending in your watch for warranty repair.

Except where prohibited by law, Gamzo & Co. disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
